    Hi Val,

    Thanks for the video and great tips for 2010! I have determined to work out 6 days a week for the New Year and stick to this as much as it humanly possible. Last year it was 4 or 5 days a week but I’m trying to improve somewhat for this year. Your ActionBabe DVDs helped me tremendously and I am still using them! I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

    I can’t wait to get back on track. I finally bought your Valslides and I can’t wait to train some of my muscles that need it once I lost access to a decent flight of stairs. I also look forward to sharing them with my husband who can use them to rebuild his body after tough Chemo. Seems your product will help two in our household have a better New Year and it will be blogged! :)
